Pre-Installation Notes
- SatuitCRM Web Add-In is designed to import emails from Outlook into SatuitCRM
- It works with Mac and MS Office 2016. Additionally, it requires Exchange Server 2013 Service Pack 1 or higher or Office 365 or Outlook.com mailboxes
- This version of the Outlook Add-In requires SatuitCRM 6+
- Please note, all items will be added as Document Type "Other"
Installation for Individual Users
- Log in to Outlook on the web https://outlook.office365.com/mail/
- Open a message and click the three dots in the upper-right. Scroll down and choose Get Add-ins
- Remove the Satuit web add-in if previously installed. To do this, click My Add-ins on the right and then scroll to the bottom. If you see the SatuitCRM Add-In, click the three dots and click Remove
- From the My Add-Ins page, scroll to the bottom and click Add a custom add-in, choose Add from URL
- In the box paste this URL and click OK: https://www2.satuitcrm.com/outlookwebaddin2/SatuitCRMOutlookWebAddin.xml
- Click Install
- When inputting your site URL in the Web Add-In settings, it is important to must not to include any additional characters after the site name, e.g. /default.aspx, /viewport.aspx)
- There is a 20 – recipient limit for items added via the Web Add-In
