Satuit provides a functionality that automatically imports emails and/or appointments from Outlook to the SatuitCRM. The system will check emails and appointments from you Outlook account within the last 30 days where there is a SatuitCRM Contact associated with that activity based on the contact's email address, and if not already created as an activity, will add them
NOTE: This feature requires a Microsoft Office 365 Account and SatuitCRM v16.8+.
This optional feature would need to be enabled by each user separately. To do this, go to your CRM home screen, navigate to the User Preferences icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen (small cog wheel). This will open the User Preferences pop-up window, providing you with tabs for both Account Information and Personal Settings. By default, it will display your Account Information where you view general information and change your Satuit password. You will need to switch to the Personal Settings tab. You should see two check boxes which gives you the option to enable or disable the automatic import of both emails and appointments, select one or both boxes.
NOTE: Contact your Satuit Administrator if you do not see these options.
If the automated import stops working, you may need to Reset Outlook Access. This may be needed due to changing of Outlook Passwords or other changes to your Outlook Account.
Clicking the ‘Reset Outlook Access’ button at the bottom of the pop-up window will ensure that the correct connection between Outlook and Satuit has been established following any administrative or email address changes that have been made to your account.
