Satuit Outlook Add-In for Microsoft's New Outlook (v18.2+)

Note: With Microsoft's New Outlook, there is a completely new Satuit Outlook Add-in (OAI) to support it. The prior versions of the OAI will not work on the New Outlook.

Integration between SatuitCRM and Outlook can be acheived with the Satuit Outlook Add-in. This plug-in enables users to easily add emails and appointments from Outlook into Satuit. The emails can be added 1 at a time and in bulk and Appointments can be added 1 at a time.

When records are added, the email attachments are also added as Document Records and associated to Emails.

Users can also view the Contact information from Satuit within Outlook using the OAI Side Panel.

Note: The Satuit Outlook Add-in does support SAML and multi-factor authtentication. Please contact support@satuit.com if you need assistance in setting this up with your internal IT Team.
