Global Settings

  • Upload File Size Limit – The maximum size of a file you can upload into Satuit is entered in bytes. This can be set from 0-32 MB
  • Mass Update Tool – This allows you to select the maximum number of records that can be updated by the Mass Update tool at one time
  • Mail Interface – This allows you to select the mail interface that you use corporate-wide. You have the option to choose between MAPI, Outlook, or Lotus Notes
  • Unassigned Contacts – This allows you to set the ability for Unassigned Contacts within Satuit Unassigned Items. As the administrator, you can enable this for all or allow users to select their preference within user preferences
  • Unassigned Email in Inbox – This setting allows you to control how many unassigned emails each user have within the Unassigned Items
  • Contact Synchronization Type – This allows you to select if you would like to allow OneWay (Satuit to Outlook) or Two-Way (Satuit to Outlook & Outlook to Satuit). We recommend keeping the synchronizations to One-Way to avoid issues with conflicting contact information on multiple Outlook contacts
  • Appointments/Tasks Synchronization Type – This allows you to select if you would like to allow One-Way (Satuit to Outlook) or Two-Way (Satuit to Outlook & Outlook to Satuit). We recommend keeping the synchronizations to One-Way to avoid issues with personal appointments
  • Opportunity Close Date Auto Update – This allows you to select if you would like the Close Date on the Opportunity screen (dUDF4 field) to automatically update upon checking the Closed checkbox
  • Business to Archive Contact – Click on the Search button and Search for the business “Archive or named business determined by users”

Global Settings Search Menu

  • Show Search List: This allows you to select which Searches are visible on the Search Menu for all users. To Remove a Search; Click on the checkmark to remove and click Save
