Use this feature to publish previously generated packages that are not document records to Investor Portals.
- Search documents
- Select Publish to Portal
- Select Document records and press next
- Choose a folder
- Select a folder to publish documents to: (folders will only appear on an investor’s portal if a document has been published to it
- Select an expiration date for when the package will expire
- Check the Send Email Alert box to allow notifications to be sent and press OK
- Exception report will appear displaying the reason for any packages that failed to publish to an investor’s portal
- Search for Packages using Linked Contacts Return Type
- We added the return type of LINKED CONTACTS to a package search. You can now search for packages and return all primary and CC recipients linked to your package search criteria

Option to Send Activation Link After Expiration
SatuitSIP® Investor Portal allows the portal administrators to auto send an Activation alert email to the portal users who have not clicked on the activation link to set up their account. This enhancement will simplify the process and provide easy and intuitive steps to resend the activation alert to get notified often to set up their portal account.
Email Notification of Documents Published in Future
If a document is set to be published to the portal with a future publishing date, the email alert will be held until that future date when the document is set to be published. If the document is unpublished or the publish date is updated before the email notification is sent out, the notification email will be deleted or updated accordingly.
‘Download Date’ on the Document Browse List
The ‘Download Date’ field on the Document browse list captures the date the first time that document is downloaded by either the primary or additional contacts. This field will give a Portal Administrator an easy way to see whether their clients are engaging with the portal or not.
