  • To add a new package, you must do a business or contact search first
  • Choose a Primary Recipient and additional CC recipients from the contact records displayed and click Next
  • Choose a Package Template for the package being created and click Next
  • Choose if you would like to link any accounts to the package (Optional). You can choose open accounts only or see all accounts open and closed as you see below

  • Press add Client-Specific Document to upload a file that will only be collated with the package you are editing
  • After uploading your package-specific document click on the properties icon to edit the document title if you choose to
  • Once the client-specific file is uploaded you can drag the file with your mouse up and down to set the document order as you prefer. This is the print order of your documents when the package is collated
  • When you edit the unique identifier, you can choose to use fields that are already stored in SatuitCRM on the accounts form, or you can use the Add button to create a custom unique identifier. If you’re using a field that is already stored in SatuitCRM, then this field is specified in the Content Library when creating the Global Document Search or Global Folder Search
