Adobe Acrobat 9, 10, or 11 must be installed on the Computer where Advent Software and the SatuitCRA® Utility is installed. The Adobe PDF Printer must be installed and configured when using the SatuitCRA® Utility or Client Reports will not be collated properly. Configure the Adobe PDF Printer by doing the following:
- Click the start menu → Devices and Printers
- Right-click on Adobe PDF and choose Set as default printer
- Right-click on Adobe PDF again and choose Printer Properties
- Click on the Ports tab
- Click add Port
- Select Adobe PDF Port Monitor and press New Port
- Browse to the Default PDF location set in Advent Settings and press OK
- Find the new Port you created and check the box and press apply and press OK
- Right-click on Adobe PDF Printer again and choose Printing Preferences
- Uncheck the View Adobe PDF results box
- Expand the Adobe PDF Output Folder and select the new PDF Port you just created or browse to the same location if you don’t see it. When selected press Apply and OK and Close
