If you use Advent Axys or APX you will use the SatuitCRA® Utility to create your Macro Sets and generate your client reports in real-time when generating packages.
When you log in to the SatuitCRA® Utility each time you may be notified via prompt that Advent Shortcodes are being synced and added to the SatuitCRA® Utility. Press OK to proceed.
When you first open the windows, the ‘Filter’ option is turned ON and all the Shortcode folders are expanded by default. Users can double-click on the short code to select which shortcodes to add, click the ‘Add’ button, or use the drag and drop functionality. All changes will automatically be saved when you close the window.
