Generate Client Reports - SatuitPAC®

To generate packages: 

1. Choose Package search under the Search Menu
2. Within the Package Search window specify the Selected Template and any other applicable criteria
3. Click Search to return a browse list of packages
4. Click on Generate Client Reports
5. Select which client reports you to want to generate from the browse list and add a Run Description if desired
6. You can also choose if you would like to exclude CC reports, exclude the cover letter on the CC reports, or consolidate CC reports by contact name
7. Check the Print Double-Sided box if you want to automatically insert a blank page at the end of a package with an odd number of pages
8. Check the Start each report component on a new page if you want to automatically insert a blank page at the end of each report component with an odd number of pages
9. If you have a Mail Merge Document or Macro Set in your package: Make sure the SatuitCRA® utility is open and select the Run menu
10. Check the boxes next to the available Mail merge Documents or Macro Sets and hit the green Run button
11. Click on the Client Reports option to view your completed/pending packages
12. To view a single report; click on the Open Report link under the Output Column
13. You can also use the Filter option on any of the provided columns to narrow your search results
14. The Print button will give you two options for printing the completed reports. You can either have all the reports combined into one consolidated PDF, or you can have the reports sent to a zip file as individual PDFs. From the ZIP file, you can easily extract the reports down to your network to be physically printed.
15. The Create Document Record button will kick-off the process of storing the reports as document records in SatuitCRM®/SatuitSIP® Investor Portal
16. After clicking the Create Document Record button, you will be prompted to fill out the details of a blank document record. The information selected will be used for each document record created. When completed each package will now be a documented record stored in SatuitSIP® Investor Portal/SatuitCRM®
