Creates a customized table of contents that can be applied to any package template.
- Click Add and select Table of Contents
- Enter in the formatting details for your Table of Contents that will be used to generate your table of contents for the package
- You can add up to four additional headers and two additional footers to the Table of Contents page. This is done by hitting the Add button and then choosing either the header or footer option. Double-click the Content column to add text for the header or footer
- Click Save when finished
