The global folder search (GFS) will search a .ZIP folder for a unique identifier that is contained within each of the individual PDF file names.
- Click Add and select Global Folder Search
- Fill in the Name and description for the document type
- Add a Table of Contents Title (optional)
- In the Attachments section, add the .zip file
- Choose which field on the Account detail form to use for the unique identifier and if the search criteria will be Contains or Equal. If you are using a custom search string that is not stored as a value in SatuitCRM/CRA, then leave the search field blank
- Click Save
- Set search criteria to contain custom search strings
