A consolidated multi-client PDF file that is created by a Portfolio Accounting System or other back-office systems. The PDF is parsed by a unique identifier on each page that corresponds to an individual client or account.
- Click Add and Select Global Document Search
- Fill in the Name and description of the document record
- Add a Table of Contents Title (optional)
- In the Attachments section, click the add button and upload the PDF file. The header, footer, and measurement type settings specify the portion of the document to be searched for the unique identifier
- Choose which field on the Account detail form to use for the unique identifier and if the search criteria will be Contains or Equal. If you are using a custom search string that is not stored as a value in SatuitCRM/CRA, then leave the search field blank
- The file size limit of any GDS File is 100 MB
- Click Save
