The Content Library stores all the content that goes into client reports, including the specific settings and enclosures that you will need to customize your report packages.
Within the Package Contents folder, you can create subfolders that will hold different types of content for different reports. This will help you quickly find the documents you're looking for when visiting the Content Library.
A quick and easy way to publish a single document or any file type to list of contacts via a contact search.
- Search for contacts to publish to
- Expand SatuitCRA® and choose Content Library
- Click on the Content Library folder
- Press add button and upload the file and enter the description of the file
- Press publish to the portal: a list of all recipients will appear, uncheck recipients you don’t want to publish to, and press next
- Select a folder to publish your file to, choose the expiration date and check to Send email alert box if wanted
- Press send and if you checked the send email alert box the notification template window will open and you can modify the template for this email specifically
- You can also use the filter option to filter out certain document types and narrow your search results
