Portal Access Management can be found within a Contact record under the Portal drop-down.
- Disable Additional Authentication – SIP users can disable additional authentication for an individual recipient
- Send Password Reset Alert – SIP users can send a password reset email to an individual recipient
- Account Locked – Shows as 'Yes' if a recipients account is currently locked
- Lockout Date – If a recipient's Account Locked is 'Yes' then the date the recipient was locked out will be displayed
- Temporary Password – SIP users can manually set a particular password for a recipient and confirm the new password to the recipient over the phone
