Internet Explorer Support Update

At Satuit Technologies we are constantly improving our offering to ensure you receive the most efficient, effective, and up-to-date client relationship management tools. Included in the Satuit 16.5 release are enhancements that are not supported by older browsers such as Internet Explorer. As a result, we will no longer be supporting Satuit2GO 1.0 and Internet Explorer. This decision was made with careful consideration and with our client's best interest in mind. Please see below as to the reasons and options for clients who may still utilize these programs.
 
What This Means for Internet Explorer Users:
 
Our 16.5 upgrade includes improvements to multiple forms in our platform. These forms are unable to load properly on Internet Explorer, limiting proper use of our CRM, resulting in our decision to no longer support this browser.
 
You will receive an email one week before you are scheduled to be upgraded with the first upgrade group on March 6th, 2022. If this inconveniences you in any way, please reach out as we can delay the upgrade until a new browser is installed. If you do not already have a secondary browser, we would recommend installing Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
 
What This Means for Satuit2GO 1.0 Users:
 
Satuit2GO 1.0 leverages our older configuration tool which only works in Internet Explorer. Since we are dropping support for Internet Explorer, we will also be discontinuing support for Satuit2GO 1.0. 
 
There are no additional fees to switch from Satuit2GO 1.0 to Satuit2.0. To continue utilizing the features of our mobile CRM platform please access the current version of Satuit2GO using the following URL:
