Forgot/Reset Password

To reset your password:

1. Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the Satuit login screen
2. Enter your username and email address, Click ‘Next’
3. You will receive an email with a unique link to allow you to reset your Satuit password (if you do not receive an email within 5-10 minutes, then please reach out to the Client Support Team - [e-mail])
4. Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your password reset
