The Opportunity Manager allows you to create Opportunities for a selected list of Businesses. This can be helpful and very useful for Fund Raising, Private Equity firms, and campaigns. This feature can be located under the Tools menu:
- Search for a list of Businesses that you would like to create the Opportunities for
- Click on Tools, Select Opportunity Manager
- The Businesses will appear within the Opportunity Manager
- Review the list and deselect any values by unchecking the checkmark
- Click Next
- Enter the Opportunity details and click the save icon
- An identical Opportunity will be added for each business on your list
Note: Users need to have the ADMIN_MASSOPPCREATE role added to their user permissions to be able to create opportunities using the Opportunity Manager tool.
