Release 18.1 (COMING SOON!)
This release focuses on automation, speed, and user control — so you can spend less time managing data and more time building relationships.
Click Reductions & Workflow Improvements
We’ve streamlined key areas of SatuitCRM to help you move faster and work smarter. The latest updates added shortcuts reduce the number of clicks it takes to perform common tasks — making your day-to-day experience smoother and more intuitive.
Here are the new button shortcuts:
- Refresh — instantly update your Browse List, Detail Form, and Summary Form screens without exiting and reopening.
Pop-Out — open records in separate windows so you can view and compare multiple records side by side.
Configure — jump straight from a form or search screen into the Configuration Tools to quickly add, remove, or modify fields.
- Copy Reporting Requirements — easily duplicate an existing Reporting Requirement to assign it to another contact.
- Move Document — move existing document records between Entities or Businesses, ideal for managing shared documents with third-party participants like Investment Consultants.
Auto-Add Contact by Domain (Beta)
Say goodbye to manual data entry! The new Auto-Add Contact by Domain feature automatically creates and enriches CRM contact records from your email interactions — pulling details directly from Outlook or Gmail and filtering them by approved business domains (e.g., @company.com).
With this enhancement, SatuitCRM captures contact data directly from your email traffic based on the new Domain field assigned to each Entity or Business record. Only contacts from trusted, whitelisted business domains are imported — keeping your CRM clean from noise like personal emails or group addresses (e.g., info@, support@).
Satuit intelligently parses sender and recipient details, enriches them with name, title, phone, and LinkedIn data when available, and checks for duplicates using smart matching on email, phone, and company domain. Existing records are automatically updated with any missing information.
Admins can control global sync options in System Administration, while individual users can toggle auto-sync on or off at the profile level. Every auto-created or auto-updated contact is logged in the Audit Trail for full transparency.Additional Enhancements
A few more improvements to make your experience even better:
- Expanded Account Fields — 60 new text boxes (cuserchar31–cuserchar90) added to the Account table for more flexible data capture.
- Extended Portal Document Expiration — Portal Administrators can now set document expiration dates up to 3 years out.
- Improved Calendar Display — Activities without a start time will now display at 12:00 AM, ensuring no task goes unseen.

Upgraded Developer Tool Kits
We've replaced and upgraded core development toolkits to boost system security, improve performance, and pave the way for more powerful features in future releases.
Enhanced Constant Contact Integration
We've updated the authentication method between Satuit and Constant Contact to leverage Constant Contact's new API. While making these changes, we simplified the process to make it even easier to connect the two services.
SatuitCRA URL Simplification
For our clients who use our SatuitCRA products exclusively (SatuitSIP or SatuitPAC but not SatuitCRM), they will no longer need to use the '/satuitcra' in the url; the system will automatically forward you the proper path. Your existing shortcuts and bookmarks which includes '/satuitcra' will still work.
Expanded Office Extension Support
We’ve added support for additional Microsoft Office file types in both standard and custom reporting. For example, Word documents are now delivered in the modern .docx format, enhancing compatibility and usability.
Preparating for Future User Interface Improvements
We’re laying the groundwork for a next-generation Satuit UI, with even more enhancements in the upcoming releases. Stay tuned, and reach out to your Relationship Manager for a sneak peek at what’s ahead.
Bug Fixes & Quality Improvements
As always, we’ve addressed a number of client-reported and internally identified issues to enhance system stability and performance. Check the Satuit Support Portal for updates on your submitted cases.
