Q: I accidentally deleted a business. Can I get it back?
A: Yes. Go to the Recycle Bin in SatuitCRM. At the top of the Recycle Bin screen, click the "Deleted Businesses" button. Find the business in the list and restore it. All associated data (contacts, activities, documents) linked to that business should be restored along with it.
Q: How long do deleted records stay in the Recycle Bin?
A: Deleted records remain in the Recycle Bin until they are permanently purged after 180 days. Permanent deletion removes records from the Recycle Bin and they cannot be recovered afterward. If records disappear from the Recycle Bin unexpectedly, contact Satuit Support — they can check the Audit Log to determine when and by whom the purge was initiated.
Q: Can I restore a deleted contact?
A: Yes, the same Recycle Bin process applies to contacts. Open the Recycle Bin and look for a "Deleted Contacts" view. If you do not see this option, contact Satuit Support for assistance restoring the record.
